Originally from the UK, Susie started off her career working for Mindshare Worldwide in London. She spent 2 years gaining valuable experience across a variety of Finance positions, whilst studying for the ACCA, qualifying in September 2011.
Later that year she was lured to Australia and with the move came a switch from Media to Advertising. Transferring within the WPP family, Susie landed a role at Australia’s largest communication group, Ogilvy & Mather.
After 4 successful years Susie made the move to Publicis Sydney as Finance Manager and most recently heading up Finance operations for Marcel Sydney and Front Foot.

Kerry is General Manager of our 200 seat contact centre operation, dedicated to our work with Qantas Loyalty, with staff split across Australia and New Zealand. Kerry has over 15 years’ experience managing call centre operations and has developed her distinctive set of skills here at Publicis during this time.
Kerry believes the most important aspect of any contact centre is the people. People are the “engine room” and bring intrinsic value, which can be the competitive advantage necessary in any high-performing service delivery operation.

Iona is one of those rare hybrids who can understand humanity and technology equally. After studying fine arts in London and philosophy at Oxford she spent 13 years strategically navigating the digital landscape at digital and integrated agencies TBWA, Nurun and Marcel.
Her interest in the ever-evolving relationship between people and technology – as well as her quest for creativity robust enough to withstand the changing media landscape – eventually led her to Publicis where she’s become an invaluable member of our increasingly digital team (until she transcends completely, that is).
General Manager, Personalised Plates Queensland

Publicis Mojo were awarded the contract to operate Queensland’s number plate business in March 2013; and promptly set up a new dedicated unit within the Publicis Mojo Brisbane office. PPQ is a game changer for the agency business model, given the breadth and depth of remit – as all elements of business are managed by Publicis Mojo.
In consultation with the Department of Transport and Main Roads, PPQ is responsible for managing the personalised number plates business throughout the state.
Jemma is responsible for steering the business and all aspect of financial management, strategy, operations, sales & marketing, information technology and stakeholder management. She is a dynamic executive, passionate about growing businesses, nurturing talent and delivering outstanding commercial results. Initial cutting her teeth in agency land and with Tourism Queensland, Jemma went on to flex her marketing prowess in senior management positions with ASX listed companies including Ardent Leisure, Goodlife Health Clubs and Dreamworld.

Shani has a Bachelor of Visual Communications, Majoring in Journalism. Shani is a passionate digital strategist with a user experience lens. She has spent the last ten years planning large-scale, long-term digital campaigns and platforms for both local and international brands that span across a range of industry verticals from Retail, Automotive, Banking, Government and Telecommunications. Shani also brings to Publicis her expertise across content strategy, CX, UXD and CRM.

Bec has been with Publicis for over 16 years working exclusively with Qantas Corporate Sales. She devotes all of her effort into ensuring that each investment produces leads in the sales pipeline and the promise of return in revenue.
As General Manager, Bec leads a team of 50 sales and marketing experts, specifically targeting the Australian Corporate SME sector and their corporate travel needs. Bec has a proven track record of driving results: Her Sales Strategy saw contracted revenue take off to over $100M and the database grow by 100% in 5 years (over 80,000 Corporate Customers).

Don’t be surprised if you catch Simone staring at you. After all, along with language and art, she considers people-watching one of her obsessions. Luckily, this makes her perfect for advertising.
After starting out at Suncorp in 1993, Simone went to NZ to work across several FMCG, Finance and Govt. clients.
Never one to sit still for long, Simone then travelled the US, and later joined Mojo as Account Director of Tourism Queensland, Golden Casket, Bank of Queensland and more.
A few years of Marketing Managing at Suncorp later, Simone returned to us at Mojo as Planning Director.

Andrew is the CEO of Publicis Worldwide in Australia and also sits on the Publicis Worldwide global management board. He has worked with many of Australia’s largest companies and brands, including MYER, Wesfarmers, BMW, Australia Post, AAMI, Toyota, KFC, Nestle, Kimberly Clark, Qantas, Nintendo & Westpac, as well as the NSW, Victorian, Queensland and Federal Governments.
Andrew is a Director of a number of companies within Publicis Worldwide Australia, and sits on the Boards of the Sydney Symphony Orchestra, the Lord Mayor’s Charitable Foundation and the Communications Council. He is also the Chair of The Song Room.
Managing Director – Shopper Marketing, Publicis Australia
John is a business graduate with 10 years’ specialist experience in the BTL and Shopper Marketing arena.
Prior to joining Publicis, John worked at Tribe where he climbed from graduate to CEO in 7 years. He inherited a wealth of knowledge in the liquor world, acquired by extensive relationships with CUB, Suntory, Jim Beam, TWE, Brown Forman and Moet Hennessy.
He has also driven many successful campaigns and activations across the FMCG and automotive categories, and has worked closely with leading retailers such as Woolworths and Westpac to better understand their path to purchase and create methods and strategies to communicate directly with consumers.

An award winning, hands on Creative Director, Steve’s work speaks to a passion for being somewhat obsessed. Somewhat obsessed about understanding human motivations and how they drive online and real world behaviours. Somewhat obsessed about developing holistic, innovative and creative solutions that are easy to use, yet surprise and delight. Somewhat obsessed about delivering the right communication to the right person at the right time. Steve loves nothing more than rolling up his sleeves and getting involved at every stage of a project - from leading a team of digital talents to developing a collaborative strategic direction, through to final execution. Steve has worked across a number of national and international brands including Sony, EA, Pfizer, Federal and State Governments, Brisbane City council, QUT, Sunsuper and many more.
Creative Chairman of Publicis Australia, Founder of Marcel Sydney
David Nobay founded Marcel’s first Australian office in January 2016. He also overseas Publicis’s national creative team as the Group’s Creative Chairman.
Previous to Marcel, he was Co-founder and Creative Chairman of Droga5 Sydney; an office he launched in 2008.
He has almost 30 years experience in advertising and has led creative companies in London, Hong Kong, San Francisco, New York and Melbourne. As the Executive Creative Director of Saatchi & Saatchi in Sydney, he led the company to be named “Agency of the Decade”. Over the years, he has won over 40 Cannes Lions, as well as judged all the major global award shows, including Cannes’ prestigious Titanium Jury. In 2010, AdAge recognised him as the only Australian-based inclusion in their “Top 50 Creative Thinkers Worldwide”.
2013 saw the launch of his first play “Moving Parts”, staged at Sydney’s famous NIDA theatre, with Hauptman-winning stage actor Colin Friels in the lead. He is also an avid painter. His first personal show was hosted at Sydney’s Maunselll Wickes gallery in 2015.

Jeff has nearly 20 years of experience in the loyalty industry, primarily working with blue-chip clients to design, implement and manage the customer service and operational components of their loyalty programs. He previously led Aimia’s loyalty operations business unit for the Asia Pacific region, including operations in Australia, New Zealand, Malaysia and Indonesia.
Jeff moved to Publicis in August 2015 to lead the Loyalty division and lead the start-up of Publicis Chemistry, which offers clients complete, end-to-end customer engagement services.
Jeff relocated from the USA to Australia in 2000 and also has vast experience in Asia, leading the start-up of a low-cost, regional operations centre in Malaysia and working with numerous multinational clients across the Asia Pacific region.
He has done extensive work with financial services, airline and many Fortune 500 and ASX 200 clients, including British Airways, Citibank, Diners Club, Commonwealth Bank of Australia, American Express, Virgin Australia, Qantas, ExxonMobil, Petron, Malaysia Airlines and Echo Entertainment.
Jeff is particularly passionate about customer contact centres and the ever-evolving role they play in driving customer experience, customer satisfaction and brand advocacy.
Executive Creative Director, Marcel
Scott Huebscher joins Marcel from Leo Burnett, where he helped take the agency to the #1 ranked agency in Australia and #1 network in Australia and Asia Pacific in 2014. He has won multiple awards for the “Men Like Us Like Rum” campaign for Bundaberg Rum and the “Shine” campaign for Canon. During his time at Burnett, the agency was named AdNews Agency of the Year, B&T Agency of the Year and Spikes Network of the Year. He previously served as Creative Director at DDB Sydney and Saatchi&Saatchi New Zealand. Before his move to the southern hemisphere, he worked in Los Angeles at Saatchi&Saatchi as a Creative Director on Toyota. Whilst in Los Angeles, he wrote and sold several screenplays, including “Fielder’s Choice” – which is coincidently the worst movie he’s ever seen.

Prior to joining Publicis in November 2014, Ben was a co-founder of Front Foot in 2006. Front Foot had established itself as one of Australia’s leading digital services companies with a specialisation in mobile and responsive trans-formative solutions winning multiple AIMIA awards.
Prior to starting Front Foot, Ben held senior product development and marketing positions for leading digital multinationals where he successfully developed, launched and managed multiple innovative and successful products.
Operations Director, Publicis Australia
Lindsay began his advertising career over 40 years ago as an Executive Trainee with Myer in their in-house advertising division. Traffic and production roles followed with McCanns and USP Needham. Next was a dual account service and production position with Murray Evans working on accounts such as Stubbies Clothing, Toyota Dealers and Jones Lang Wootton.
In 1984 Lindsay joined MDA as Production Manager worked through 29 years of mergers and acquisitions in the company that is today Publicis Mojo. During this time Lindsay often worked in the dual roles of Account Director and Production Manager on clients such as Qantas Australian Resorts, Mathers, Indy Grand Prix and most recently on retail clients Betta Electrical and Action Supermarkets.
Along the way he has been responsible for the ongoing development and management of the internal production resources and work flow systems that operate back of house. His unique skills and experience allows him to ensure both client and agency expectations are met and often exceeded.

Ryan has worked in creative and digital agencies in both the UK and Australia, including HAVAS London, Wunderman London and Publicis Mojo, creating work for brands like Chivas Regal, Citroen, Peroni Nastro Azzurro, Evian, Reckitt Benckiser and Subway.
Despite being an Aussie boy, he represented the UK in the Cannes Young Lions competition in 2006, and his grown-up work has since featured in Lurzers Archive, Shots, Creative Review and local, national and international award shows. He¹s launched car models, insect repellents, milk products, fast foods, and he created the global brand positioning for Chivas Regal 'Live with Chivalry', a campaign that is still unfolding across the world.
Ryan has been School Head of AWARD School in Brisbane, a sessional academic for the postgraduate Masters of Creative Advertising course at Queensland University of Technology, and he holds a double-degree in law and business from the same university which he's still paying off.

Henri entered the world of communications as an internal auditor for Publicis in 2007 following a few years at PWC in Paris. After crunching numbers around the world and experiencing every type of agency environment there is, he soon rose to become Finance Director at Publicis Frankfurt.
An opportunity to migrate to Australia led Henri to start a family in Sydney and enjoy a successful run as CFO at Havas. Henri re-joined the Publicis family in 2015.
