Mark is the General Manager of KiwiPlates. KiwiPlates works in partnership with the New Zealand Transport Agency (NZTA) to market and sell personalised plates.
Funds raised from the sale of plates support the NZTA Community Road Safety Fund. Mark is responsible for strategy, operations, sales & marketing, information technology and stakeholder management.
Prior to joining Publicis, Mark has worked in advertising and client side roles in New Zealand and London. Mark’s experience includes working across financial services, liquor, sports, not for profits, automotive, QSR and FMCG for some of the world’s largest brands including Visa, Pizza Hut, Jaguar, Nissan, Starbucks, Absolut Vodka, Heineken, adidas, KFC and Westpac.

Wesley Hawes
Wesley Hawes is ECD of Marcel Sydney.
Previously he was Joint-ECD at TBWA\Sydney. In his stint the agency converted 20 out of 24 pitches, picking up clients including Virgin Mobile, Foxtel, Presto, Unilever and McDonald's. Before moving to Sydney in 2016, Wesley was Creative Director on the global Axe/Lynx and Mentos/Vigorsol accounts at BBH London, where he spent eight years in total.
Since graduating as a copywriter from Buckinghamshire University, Wesley has worked at some of the world’s best agencies in London, Amsterdam and Sydney, with some of the most talented and smartest people in the industry. During that time, he was responsible for the Barclaycard ‘Waterslide’ commercial, the Axe Apollo Space Academy, Tango’s ‘Argh!’ campaign, and most recently, the Foxtel ‘Make It Yours’ positioning.
As a creative Wesley loves big ideas that stretch across multiple channels. In fact, he’s won Cannes Lions in every main category. Except Pharma, but he’s working on that. As well as advertising products, he also creates them. So far, he’s helped give birth to two Tango drinks (TWAT and Argh!) and three Axe fragrances (Vice, Apollo and Black).

Holly Alexander
Holly Alexander, is a passionate & energetic producer, who has a strong focus on storytelling & craft. During her almost 20 year career, she has worked on multiple award-winning campaigns with many high profile commercial directors, filmmakers, documentarians and musicians.
In 2010, Holly took on the role of Executive Producer at @radical.media. During her time in this role, she produced campaigns for brands such as lexus, mondelez, Toyota, 5 Seeds, kelloggs, FFA and MedicinSansFrontierE, which saw her sending documentary crews into PNG and South Sudan.
In 2013 Holly took over the role of Head of Broadcast at droga5, and in 2016, became a founding member of Marcel, Sydney, where she overseas all productions in her role as Head Of Production.

Alexandra has over 10 years’ experience in the digital industry, working in influential agencies in Europe and the Asia-Pacific region, including Deasign and Ogilvy, and world-famous digital consultants, Hyper Island. Her exceptional stakeholder management and relationship skills, in combination with her expansive digital knowledge, has helped her drive large-scale digital projects for government agencies and private sector clients. Jane is a born and bred Scot and has spent the last 15 years working in the UK. New Zealand and Australia at high profile agencies, DLKW, Sapient and Ogilvy. An experienced Client Services Director, Jane has a strong history of leading teams, creating and managing exceptional client relationships with a particular focus on the travel, retail, FMCG & government sectors. In her role at Publicis, Jane is focussed on building a “best in class” client service team. Vicki Lee
Vicki’s experience in Television Production spans both agencies and production companies in Australia and the UK. Her agency experience has seen her working on clients such as Suncorp, XXXX, Mirage Resorts, Birdseye, Heineken and the BBC. She moved into the production company side of the business for 10 years with time at Best Picture Show (famed for the Steve Irwin documentary series) to work on their commercial side of the business. Followed by senior roles at major post production companies The Post Lounge and Cutting Edge. She returned to her Publicis Brisbane home in 2012 and has used her vast experience, production management skills, strong leadership and technical knowledge across all our clients. Through these roles, Vicki has touched nearly every type of business/brand including Tourism & Events Queensland, L’Oreal, Sanofi, Subway, Isuzu Ute Australia, Air Asia, TAFE, Kinder Surprise, Nestle, Procter & Gamble, Toyota, Frontline, Indy Grand Prix and Weis Ice Creams to name a few.

Originally from the UK, Susie started off her career working for Mindshare Worldwide in London. She spent 2 years gaining valuable experience across a variety of Finance positions, whilst studying for the ACCA, qualifying in September 2011.
Later that year she was lured to Australia and with the move came a switch from Media to Advertising. Transferring within the WPP family, Susie landed a role at Australia’s largest communication group, Ogilvy & Mather.
After 4 successful years Susie made the move to Publicis Sydney as Finance Manager and most recently heading up Finance operations for Marcel Sydney and Front Foot.

Jemma Elder
Jemma is the Managing Director of Publicis Engine. Her remit spans the management of businesses in commercial partnership with Publicis including Personalised Plates Queensland (Department of Transport and Main Roads), KiwiPlates (New Zealand Transport Agency) and Qantas Corporate Sales.
Jemma is responsible for steering the businesses and overall performance. As General Manager, Bec leads a team of 50 sales and marketing experts, specifically targeting the Australian Corporate SME sector and their corporate travel needs. Bec has a proven track record of driving results: Her Sales Strategy saw contracted revenue take off to over $100M and the database grow by 100% in 5 years (over 80,000 Corporate Customers).

Ryan Bernal
Ryan was born in Canada, but has been living in Sydney for over 10 years. He’s come through the ranks at agencies such as Leo Burnett and TBWA working on award winning work that works. Finding ways to drive business is what Ryan does and he believes that creativity drives results. Not your typical ad man, Ryan has run projects from traditional ads to NPD and has worked on global and local accounts from cereal to beer.

Luke has over 20 years’ experience in the advertising industry, working in agencies across Australia, including Singleton Ogilvy & Mather Sydney and Publicis Worldwide. He’s been at Publicis in Queensland since early 2001, firstly as the Studio Manager, then later adding the roles of Print Production Manager and Digital Producer, and now in the role of Operations Director. He has been responsible over this time for traffic management, quality control, print purchasing of offset, digital, outdoor and promotional material, plus the management of retouching and illustrating, staff management, as well as handling the digital development internally and externally for our clients. John Georgas
John is a business graduate with 10 years’ specialist experience in the BTL and Shopper Marketing arena.
Prior to joining Publicis, John worked at Tribe where he climbed from graduate to CEO in 7 years. He inherited a wealth of knowledge in the liquor world, acquired by extensive relationships with CUB, Suntory, Jim Beam, TWE, Brown Forman and Moet Hennessy.
He has also driven many successful campaigns and activations across the FMCG and automotive categories, and has worked closely with leading retailers such as Woolworths and Westpac to better understand their path to purchase and create methods and strategies to communicate directly with consumers.

David Nobay
David Nobay founded Marcel’s first Australian office in January 2016. He also overseas Publicis’s national creative team as the Group’s Creative Chairman.
Previous to Marcel, he was Co-founder and Creative Chairman of Droga5 Sydney; an office he launched in 2008.
He has almost 30 years experience in advertising and has led creative companies in London, Hong Kong, San Francisco, New York and Melbourne. As the Executive Creative Director of Saatchi & Saatchi in Sydney, he led the company to be named “Agency of the Decade”. Over the years, he has won over 40 Cannes Lions, as well as judged all the major global award shows, including Cannes’ prestigious Titanium Jury. In 2010, AdAge recognised him as the only Australian-based inclusion in their “Top 50 Creative Thinkers Worldwide”.
2013 saw the launch of his first play “Moving Parts”, staged at Sydney’s famous NIDA theatre, with Hauptman-winning stage actor Colin Friels in the lead. He is also an avid painter. His first personal show was hosted at Sydney’s Maunselll Wickes gallery in 2015.

Ryan Petie
A creative director and copywriter, Ryan has worked in creative, digital and CRM agencies in both the United Kingdom and Australia, including Publicis, HAVAS Worldwide and Wunderman London, creating work for brands like Chivas Regal, Citroen, ANZ, Peroni Nastro Azzurro, Evian, Reckitt Benckiser, Vodafone and Subway. His most recognised work is the global brand positioning for Chivas Regal ‘Live with Chivalry’, a campaign that is still unfolding across the world. Ryan has won local, national and international awards but is most proud of inside-out brand change and behaviour change work – and making the world a slightly better place.

Henri Raymond
Henri entered the world of communications as an internal auditor for Publicis in 2007 following a few years at PWC in Paris. After crunching numbers around the world and experiencing every type of agency environment there is, he soon rose to become Finance Director at Publicis Frankfurt.
An opportunity to migrate to Australia led Henri to start a family in Sydney and enjoy a successful run as CFO at Havas. Henri re-joined the Publicis family in 2015.
